At Something Glitter, we are dedicated to providing you with beautiful, high-quality jewelry. Your satisfaction is our priority.


Return Period

You may return your items within 7-14 days of the delivery date (see eligibility section).

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • Items resized or modified are not  eligible for refund or exchanges.
  • Items that say final sale, are final sale.
  • Items returned after 7 days are only eligible for store credit.
  • Items returned within 7 days are subject to a restocking fee of $7 if you request a refund to original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@somethingglitter.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send the item(s).


Return Shipping

Once a return is approved, we will email you a shipping label to send your returns in.


Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days, or a store credit to your account.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@somethingglitter.com.


Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.

Defective Items

If item(s) come defective or broken, please email us at support@somethingglitter.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your name, order number, images and a description of the defect.
